1. Description:
Oar blade harrow Dryer a new type drying machine ,which is
designed with the combination of oar blade dryer heat drying
principle, with a higher drying efficiency, for a variety of raw
materials.
The inner equipped oar blade and screw with continuous ,axial and
radial mixing of raw materials ,make the materials to be dried more
evenly.With applied both oar blade and screw, when the raw
materials were turned over by mixing blades, they speed up the
materials contact with heating surface of the dryer,so heat
transfer rate is increased,and is conducive to moisture
evaporation.
2.Structure2.1 The loading cylinder of raw materials will be equipped with
heating jacket,and heat insulation layer will be equipped outside
the jacket,which will prevent the heat be transferred ,and also
reduce the heat loss. Discharge hole is equipped with the lower
part of the cylinder, on the top of the cylinder with two feeding
holes and an air exhaust outlet.When feeding,the raw materials
should be fed equally from the two feeding holes,the best feeding
capacity is about 60%-80% of the volume of the cylinder,the max
feeding capacity should not exceed 80%,otherwise will affect the
smooth discharge of gas evaporation .When the sticky raw material
is feeding,the feeding capacity should be reduced, to prevent the
drive motor overloaded, damage to equipment.
2.2 Hollow shaft is set inside the center of of the cylinder,in
heating medium will be put into the shaft( like hot conduction oil
or hot water).
2.3 On the hollow shaft distributed with oar blades with certain
angle,the oar blades are also hollow within heating
transferred,inlet and outlet of hot oil conduction are equipped
inside of the blades,to ensure the heat transfer efficiency during
the drying
2.4 Seals: Packing seals are equipped during shaft and cylinder.
2.5 Transmission:Except the special models,we normally apply the
chain or gear transmission style.Pivot bear apply duplex bearing
combination ,with tapered roller bearing and deep groove ball
bearing combined,to meeting the requirements of radial and axial
force.

6.Working principleThe main structure of oar blade harrow dryer are round cylinder and
one rotary hollow shaft equipped in the center of the cylinder.On
the shaft are distributed hollow oar blades,the heating are
transferred by jacket in the cylinder and the surface of the hollow
blades,and the moisture evaporated.During heating,the blades will
also mix the materials,so that update the heating area.It is a
continuous heating transferred dryer.
